Sheena graduated from Medix School in London, Ontario in 2011 and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Sheena continues to pursue enhanced education and training in manual lymph drainage, cupping, advanced orthopedic massage, and pelvic health therapy, among other advanced techniques. Sheena is very passionate about the treatment she provides to her clients. Each client’s treatment experience is individualized to help achieve optimal therapeutic goals and outcomes. Sheena is a coffee enthusiast and an avid reader and has a numerous collection of books. One of her favorite quotes being “never judge a book by its cover.”
